In accordance with Article 13(1)-(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of

II. Purposes and basis of processing <\/strong><\/p>\n

We will process your personal data:<\/p>\n

  1. for the purposes of the recruitment process, on the basis of the employer’s entitlement resulting from Article 22 of the Labour Code and concerning: name and surname, parents’ names, date of birth, place of residence, address for correspondence, education and course of previous employment. The basis for the processing of the aforementioned personal data is a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), <\/li>\n
  2. for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment process, on the basis of your consent to the processing of your personal data, i.e. personal data other than those indicated in the above point, provided in your CV, form, cover letter and other documents. The basis for the processing is the aforementioned consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), <\/li>\n
  3. in order to pursue the legitimate interest of the administrator in respect of the data obtained from you during the recruitment process in relation to verifying your skills and abilities needed for the position advertised. The basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), <\/li>\n
  4. in order to pursue the legitimate interest of the administrator in the event of a legal need to prove facts, to demonstrate the fulfilment of obligations (basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),<\/li>\n
  5. for future recruitment processes, on the basis of your consent to the processing of personal data provided in your CV, form, cover letter and other documents. The basis for the processing is this consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
