What are the children’s favorite activities, and which ones are the instructors’ favorites?

Some time ago, we asked our instructors which activities are the children’s favorites during classes. We also took the opportunity to find out which parts of the classes the instructors themselves enjoy the most 🙂 For those who are curious – here are their answers!

English

During English classes, children absolutely love songs. One of their all-time favorites is “Wake Up – Freeze and Wiggle” ☺️ As for the teacher leading the classes, her favorite element is the “Weather Song,” which brilliantly engages the children and helps reinforce new vocabulary.

AI Robobystrzaki (interactive AI lessons)

In these classes, children love creating their own imaginative drawings related to the lesson topics! They also enjoy interacting with the accompanying robots – guiding Dash to a target and giving voice commands to Loona. The app that brings them the most fun is Little Alchemy 2. For one of the instructors, the most enjoyable moments are when children present their dream robots and explore how machine learning works using the “Quick, Draw!” app.

Modern Dance and Ballet

In Ballet, children love dancing with colorful ribbons, while in Modern Dance their favorite routines are: Kakao, Tobosco, Hot potato, and Kosmo Żabka. Their favorite movement game is Statues. For the Modern Dance instructor, the favorite part of the class is stretching. This essential element of every training session is often overlooked, but developing this habit greatly reduces the risk of injury. It’s also a moment for children to mindfully connect with their bodies, calm their breathing, and relax after the excitement of dancing. In Ballet, the instructor particularly enjoys the “Spaghetti” game, where children first stand upright and stiff like dry pasta, then pretend to be placed in a pot and slowly melt into it.

Robotics classes

In Robotics, children love building LEGO cars and then programming them to win a race. For the instructor, the favorite exercise is “Special Mission: Program the Robot,” where children program the robot to complete a task step by step.

Coding classes

During Coding classes, children’s favorite activity is creating a treasure path, combining the fun of exploration with movement and logical thinking. The instructor’s favorite moment is when the children pretend to be robots and follow voice commands – which always ends with lots of laughter!

Corrective Gymnastics and Ekipa Lemura (sports activities)

It’s hard to pick just a few favorites from Corrective Gymnastics and Ekipa Lemura, but the children particularly enjoy exercises set to music, balancing on a board, Colorful Rain (throwing and catching ribbons), navigating obstacle courses, the Rocket Tunnel, sensory paths, rolling, and somersaults. For the instructors, their preferred exercises include balance exercises, activities supporting concentration using the gymnastics path, stretching exercises, “Hand Gymnastics” (using hand cards), and obstacle courses.
