Information clause for job applicants
In accordance with Article 13(1)-(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of
27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data
and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC
(General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter ‘GDPR’), we inform you that:
The administrator of your personal data is the company MANU with its registered office in Mszana Dolna, Leśna 1, 34-730 Mszana Dolna, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 6812067500 hereinafter referred to as MANU.

II. Purposes and basis of processing
We will process your personal data:
- for the purposes of the recruitment process, on the basis of the employer’s entitlement resulting from Article 22 of the Labour Code and concerning: name and surname, parents’ names, date of birth, place of residence, address for correspondence, education and course of previous employment. The basis for the processing of the aforementioned personal data is a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
- for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment process, on the basis of your consent to the processing of your personal data, i.e. personal data other than those indicated in the above point, provided in your CV, form, cover letter and other documents. The basis for the processing is the aforementioned consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
- in order to pursue the legitimate interest of the administrator in respect of the data obtained from you during the recruitment process in relation to verifying your skills and abilities needed for the position advertised. The basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- in order to pursue the legitimate interest of the administrator in the event of a legal need to prove facts, to demonstrate the fulfilment of obligations (basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
- for future recruitment processes, on the basis of your consent to the processing of personal data provided in your CV, form, cover letter and other documents. The basis for the processing is this consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
III. Rights of data subjects
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data and receive a copy of it, the right to request rectification (amendment), erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal data, and the right to portability of your personal data. At any time, you have the right to object to the processing of your data, processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, indicated above in point II.
The above requests can be sent to the addresses indicated in point I. Additionally, in accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
IV. Data retention period
- in the scope indicated in points II.1, II.2 and II.3, your data will be kept for the time necessary for this recruitment,
- in the scope indicated in point II.4, your data will be stored for the period of the statute of limitations for claims arising from the law, as well as for the time for which we are obliged by law to store the data,
- in the scope indicated in point II.5, your personal data will be stored for a period of 12 months from the date of your consent.
V. Recipients of the data
Your personal data may be transferred to authorized institutions as specified by law, as well as to processors that provide services to the data administrator and to whom the data is entrusted.
VI. Providing personal data such as your first and last name, date of birth, place of residence, education, and employment history is a requirement for participating in the recruitment process. In all other cases, providing personal data is voluntary.
VII. Automated decision-making
Please be informed that we do not make decisions using automated methods, including profiling.
VIII. Consent and information on withdrawal of consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. A declaration of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be sent to the addresses indicated in point I.
