A form of physical activities led by instructors with a specialisation in corrective gymnastics, aimed at counteracting and preventing postural disorders. Simple, as well as more advanced exercises supporting spinal care during the period of intensive development.
Once during the school year, each participant takes tests needed to assess body alignment, and if there are doubts about correct posture, the instructor refers the child to an orthopaedist. All of the performed activities and their levels of difficulty are selected by specialists to suit the age of the participants.
